Buffalo Chicken Bites

 
 
Ingredients:

3-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Fresh if possible)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
1 Box Italian Style Panko Breadcumbs

1. Preheat Oven to 375*. Grease baking pan
2. Rinse Chicken and pat dry. Cut into 1" cubes. Place into ziploc bag.
3. In small microwavable dish place 1/4 butter and 1/4 buffalo sauce and cook for 45 seconds.
4. Pour mixture over chicken in ziplock bag and make sure all pieces of chicken is covered with mixture. let stand for 15 minutes or put into refrigerator for later.
5. Transfer chicken to new bag or tupperware container. Pour box of Panko into bag/tupperware and shake to cover chicken.
6. Pour onto greased sheet and bake for 20 min or until chicken is done (180* internal degrees)
